1. About TradeInHouse

TradeInHouse is an AI-powered trading intelligence platform that provides real-time signals, portfolio analysis, market sentiment data, copy trading features, and AI bot building tools. The platform is currently in private beta and access is by invitation only.

2. Not financial advice

All content, signals, verdicts, portfolio scores, and recommendations provided by TradeInHouse are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk, including the risk of total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Always consult a qualified financial adviser before making investment decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeInHouse. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction.

4. Account and access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Early access and waitlist spots are non-transferable

5. Subscription and pricing

TradeInHouse offers monthly, annual, and lifetime subscription plans. Prices are displayed on the platform. Early members who join during the beta period are entitled to a 50% discount that persists for the duration of their subscription tier. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for new subscribers at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial periods unless required by applicable law.

6. AI features and limitations

TradeInHouse uses artificial intelligence to generate signals, analysis, and bot logic. AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed to be accurate or profitable. We make no representations regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Copy trading

The copy trading feature allows users to replicate trades of selected traders. By using this feature, you acknowledge that:

• Copied trades carry the same market risk as any other trade
• Past performance of a trader does not guarantee future results
• You retain full responsibility for all trades executed on your behalf
• TradeInHouse is not liable for losses incurred through copy trading

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
• Manipulate, abuse, or exploit AI features for market manipulation purposes
• Share, resell, or redistribute signals or content without written permission
• Impersonate another user or provide false information

9. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, AI models, and data on the TradeInHouse platform are the exclusive property of TradeInHouse. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeInHouse and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or interruption of service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeInHouse, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

12. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
